Steve Yan joined Wynnchurch in 2024. Prior to Wynnchurch, Steve served as a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group at Houlihan Lokey, as well as roles in the Capital Advisory Group at Piper Jaffray & Co and in the Debt Advisory Group at Lincoln International.
