Michael Teplitsky joined Wynnchurch in 2008 and has spent nearly two decades with the firm. Prior to Wynnchurch, he was with Lime Rock Partners, where he worked on private equity investments across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Michael began his career in the Investment Banking Division at UBS in New York, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and financings across a variety of industries.
Experience
Michael has more than 20 years of experience in private equity investing and corporate finance. His responsibilities at Wynnchurch range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution, and monitoring. Michael leads many of Wynnchurch’s strategic intermediary, lender, corporate, and sponsor relationships and manages the firm’s new investment origination efforts. His experience includes transactions involving management-led buyouts, corporate carve-outs, and restructurings.
