Carl R. Howe

Carl Howe joined Wynnchurch in 2012. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Carl worked at Houlihan Lokey in Chicago, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. He began his career at Alvarez and Marsal, where he worked as a consultant.

Experience

Carl has over 15 years of investing and transaction experience and has led a wide range of investments, with a focus on industrial businesses. He serves on the boards of several Wynnchurch portfolio companies.
