Jim Goodwin

Jim Goodwin has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Federal Signal Corporation since 2009. He served as Interim Chief Executive and Interim President of Federal Signal Corporation from 2007 to 2008. Previously, Jim was the Chairman and CEO of United Airlines, Inc. and UAL Corporation, where he enjoyed a 35-year career that included various leadership positions across all facets of the airline industry. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Salem College.

Jim serves on the Boards of Directors of AAR, Corp., John Bean Technologies, and Federal Signal Corp, and is a trustee of Lewis University. He also serves on the Board of Directors of one Wynnchurch portfolio company Northstar Aerospace, Inc.
