Greg Gleason oversees the management and investment activities of Wynnchurch. He joined the Firm in 2008. Prior to Wynnchurch, Greg worked at Houlihan Lokey in Chicago, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. He began his career at Bank of America, where he worked on debt financings for general industrial clients.

Greg has over 20 years of private equity investing and transaction experience. He has led a wide range of investments with a focus on industrial-related businesses. He serves on the board of directors of several Wynnchurch portfolio companies.

B.S., Finance, minor in the Hoeft Technology & Management Program, with highest honors, University of Illinois; M.B.A., University of Chicago Booth School of Business; Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (inactive status).
