Bob Burgess is former Chief Executive Officer of Pulte Homes, Inc. and held a variety of leadership positions at the company over a period of 19 years, including Senior Vice President Corporate Development, President and Chief Operating Officer, and later, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1993 to 2001. Under Bob’s leadership, Pulte became the largest U.S. homebuilder. 

Prior to his career at Pulte, Bob held leadership positions at General Electric, Touché Ross & Co Consulting and Partner-in-Charge of Management Consulting Services at Plante & Moran. He holds a B.S. degree from Michigan State University and was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award from the university.

Bob serves on Wynnchurch affiliated boards for Indiana Limestone and Rosboro Companies. He also served on the Board of Directors of Pulte Homes, Amerisure Companies, Mattamy Homes, Homespere, Inc., Savage Arms and Jannock. Bob is currently serving as director of the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Phoenix Foundation, the Burgess Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the Thunderbird School of Management private equity board. Prior board directorships include Beaumont Health Systems, Michigan State University Foundation, Spartan Innovations and Trout Unlimited.
