Strategy
Wynnchurch will support management’s efforts to further penetrate industry verticals, grow the company’s product portfolio, and expand into other geographies and industries, including healthcare, law enforcement, oil & gas, and municipalities. Wynnchurch also will help management execute add-on acquisitions that will increase Logistik’s scale and product/service offerings.
