Wynnchurch Capital Sells Critical Process Systems Group

Rosemont, IL – November 3, 2021 – Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”), a leading middle market private equity firm, announced today the sale of Critical Process Systems Group (“CPS”) to Exyte Group (“Exyte”), a global leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of high-tech facilities.

Headquartered in Boise, Idaho, CPS is a leading provider of mission-critical process solutions for highly demanding industries and applications, including the semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, life sciences and wastewater markets.
