Wynnchurch Capital Invests in Owen Family of Companies

Rosemont, IL – November 15, 2021 – Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”), a leading middle market private equity firm, announced today that it has partnered with management to invest in Owen Family of Companies (“Owen” or the Company”). Founded in 1958 and headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, Owen is a leading provider of critical infrastructure equipment, aftermarket parts and services including street sweepers, sewer cleaners, hydro excavators, specialty drilling equipment, and vegetation management equipment.
