Wynnchurch Capital Acquires Critical Process Systems Group

Rosemont, IL – June 26, 2018 – Wynnchurch Capital, LLC (“Wynnchurch”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Critical Process Systems Group, Inc. (“CPS” or the ​“Company”). CPS is a leading provider of mission-critical solutions for highly demanding industries and applications. The Company provides a broad range of products & services including specialty coated exhaust ducts for the semiconductor and wastewater markets, customized process equipment for the semiconductor and biopharmaceutical industries, as well as a range of highly technical engineering services.
