Trimlite Acquires Harris Door & Millwork

Rosemont, IL – March 16, 2026 – Trimlite, a manufacturer and value-added distributor of residential doors and door products and a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”), today announced the acquisition of Harris Door & Millwork (“HDM” or the ​“Company”), a distributor of interior and exterior doors.

Headquartered in Pendergrass, Georgia, HDM is a value-added distributor of interior and exterior pre-hung doors with a presence across the Southeastern United States, serving a diversified base of independent and national pro dealers. The Company operates a more than 60,000-square-foot facility with additional warehouse capacity and an in-house trucking fleet, enabling dense regional coverage and frequent delivery across key Southeastern metropolitan areas.
