Background
Joined Wynnchurch in 2009, bringing with him over 25 years of broad-based finance, sales, marketing and operations experience. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Gateway Marketing International, a full service direct marketing agency in Chicago. Previously spent 13 years with AT&T (formerly SBC) in a variety of executive capacities, including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Sales and Service. In addition, his prior experience includes 10 years in banking, including commercial lending, real estate lending and structural finance. Finally, served as Managing Director leading the start-up of the flagship office of Adams Harris, Inc., a VC-funded professional financial services firm in Chicago.
Transactions
As a former CFO and banker, has been involved in all facets of finance, accounting and banking; including experience in debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. Lead the divestiture of a $1B asset of AT&T as CFO, as well as numerous wireless acquisitions.
