Background
Joined Wynnchurch in 2004. Previously was a founding partner of Crossroads Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on making investments in underperforming companies in the lower middle market. Had also been a Vice President with the private equity firm Willis Stein & Partners, a Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Co.'s Investment Banking Division, and a Senior Associate in the private equity group at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis.
Transactions
Has over 20 years of private equity experience including legal, investment banking and principal investing experience. Has had primary or substantial responsibility for evaluating, structuring, negotiating and executing over 50 mergers and acquisitions.

Serves on the Board of Directors of Safeworks, Highway Technologies, and JAC Products.
