Steve Lamb is an experienced business leader with significant assignments in leadership roles at all levels of multiple organizations across a diverse set of industrial companies. He has had significant success throughout his career by focusing on a few management mantras – customer focus, setting clear performance expectations across every level of the organization, over-communicating to ensure transparency and alignment, and building and empowering effective teams. His experience spans industries including energy, chemical and paper continuous process industries, agricultural and construction machinery and private equity. He has served in a number of different roles including Manufacturing Manager and Plant Manager of integrated paper mills, a business strategist at the Corporate level, a role in Corporate Finance, Business unit Manager in Europe of a $1.4b revenue business in Europe, President and COO of Case Corporation and CNH and CEO of Dresser Inc. Steve became the Interim CEO of Burtek Votaw in mid-August 2016.
Steve is a 1980 Distinguished Graduate of the United States Military Academy with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a 1987 Graduate of Harvard Business School.
