Wynnchurch Capital Announces Promotions and New Hires

Rosemont, IL – January 11, 2018 — Wynnchurch Capital, LLC (“Wynnchurch”), a leading middle-market private equity firm, announced today the promotions of Carl Howe and Brian Riordan to Vice President and JD Frank and Kevin Hanley to Senior Associate. In addition, Wynnchurch recently hired two new associates, Chris Waldock and Ben Cherry.

Carl Howe joined Wynnchurch in 2012. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Carl worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Healthcare M&A division and Alvarez & Marsal. Carl earned his B.S. in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University and is a CFA charterholder.

Brian Riordan joined Wynnchurch in 2012. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Brian worked at BMO Capital Markets as an Investment Banking Analyst. Brian earned his B.B.A in Finance from the University of Wisconsin and M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a CFA charterholder.

JD Frank joined Wynnchurch in 2014. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, JD worked as an Analyst at BMO Capital Markets in the Industrials Investment Banking Group. JD earned his B.B.A in Finance and International Business at the University of Wisconsin, with honors.

Kevin Hanley joined Wynnchurch in 2014. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Kevin worked in the Industrials M&A division at Houlihan Lokey and KeyBanc Capital Markets. Kevin earned his B.S. in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with distinction.

Chris Waldock worked in the M&A group at KeyBanc Capital Markets and received his B.S.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Dayton, with distinction. Ben Cherry worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets and received his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan, with distinction.
